CNS Annual Conference 2023 Registration
All-inclusive registration fee includes:
- Opening reception (Thurs. May 4)
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks (Fri. May 5 and Sat. May 6)
- Breakfast buffet and box lunch (Fri. May 5 and Sat. May 6)
- Poster & Exhibitor Wine & Cheese Reception (Fri. May 5)
Registration fees do NOT include (but can be added on to your registration):
- Food for Health pre-conference workshop (Thurs, May 4)
- Social activities (Fri. May 5) - separate ticket purchase required
- CNS Awards banquet (Sat. May 6)
To start, please select the appropriate conference registration category according to your CNS membership profile. Once selected, additional fields will expand for you to complete. If you do not know your CNS membership category, contact info@cns-scn.ca for clarification. Repeat steps for EACH additional individual attendee you are registering.
